SKIN SET WEIGHT

Download File: skinSetWeight.zip (1 kb). This is a macroscript, to install it extract this file in the UI\macroScripts folder of your 3ds max root directory, restart max, then go to Customize->Customize interface, in the category Custom tools select SkinSetWeight and assign it a shortcut or a toolbar button or a menu place or a quat place (a shortcut will be more useful). Once activated you can set the weights of the selected vertices in the skin by just moving the mouse. I found this quite useful 'cause now i can set the weights in the place where the cursor is, instead of going each time to the command pannel to set them. |
